Terms of Service

By accessing or using Productionalize (the "Service"), including the free codebase scan, paid report unlock, and related emails, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") with Batra Systems LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Productionalize provides production-readiness consulting and automated codebase scanning tools. The free scan analyzes a zip archive you upload (up to 2GB) and returns a summary of findings. A detailed report may be unlocked for a fee. Scan results are generated with automated systems (including third-party AI models) and are informational only. They are not a guarantee of security, compliance, or production fitness.

You must provide a valid email address to use the free scan. You are responsible for activity associated with that email and for keeping access tokens or report links confidential. Do not upload code you are not authorized to share.

You retain ownership of code and materials you upload. You grant Batra Systems LLC a limited license to store, process, and analyze uploads solely to provide the Service (including sending results and related communications). Uploaded archives may be deleted after processing. Do not upload secrets you are unwilling to expose to processing systems.

Paid scan-report unlocks are processed by Stripe. Fees are described at checkout. Except where required by law, unlock fees are non-refundable once the full report has been delivered. Booking a consultation does not require a payment; we ask for your email, project details, and a budget range before you choose a time. We email that inquiry to Productionalize so we can prepare for the call.

By starting a scan you agree we may email you about that scan, including unlock reminders, until you unsubscribe or unlock. Starting a new scan with the same email re-enables reminder emails for new locked scans. You can unsubscribe via the link in those emails.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits, reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law, upload malware, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for abuse or risk to the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that scans will find all issues or that reports are error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATRA SYSTEMS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Batra Systems LLC from claims arising out of your uploads, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
