This Privacy Policy describes how Batra Systems LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), operating the Productionalize brand, collects and uses personal information when you use our website and services.

We may collect:

• Contact data: email address when you start a free scan or submit a lead form.
• Upload data: zip archives and filenames you provide for scanning; temporary storage keys and scan status.
• Scan outputs: summaries and reports generated from your upload.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive payment status and identifiers, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. timestamps, errors) needed to operate the Service.

We use information to:

• Provide scans, reports, checkout, and customer support
• Send scan-ready notices and unlock reminders (you can unsubscribe)
• Enforce quotas, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
• Comply with law and protect our rights

Uploaded code samples may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) to generate findings. Do not upload highly sensitive secrets if your policies forbid third-party processing. We configure providers for Service delivery, not to sell your code.

We share data with:

• Infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database, object storage)
• Email delivery (e.g. Resend)
• Payment processors (Stripe)
• AI model providers used for scanning
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded archives are typically deleted after scan processing. Scan records, emails, and payment metadata may be retained as needed for the Service, accounting, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your email-associated records subject to those needs.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including access controls and encrypted transport). No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

You may unsubscribe from reminder emails via the link in those emails. Starting a new scan with the same email re-enables reminders for new locked scans. Contact us to request access or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this site. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
